We recently sold and purchased properties simultaneously and Justin made the entire process seamless. He was there to answer any questions or concerns we had. He was patient with us while looking for our new home and realy made the entire process fun and enjoyable.
Justin really helped us find a good home in a Seller's Market. We walked into this process with no experience or idea of what to do and contacted him on the recommendation of family. We did not regret this choice at all. From day one Justin explained every step of the progress, pointed us towards trustworthy people to help with financing, and didn't rush us to make choices. Even after we got an offer accepted he was still there to make sure we had everything we needed during the process. I will definitely contact him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. The best thing I can say is part of this process I had to take a "Home Owners Education" Class and what I learned is that my realtor had already told me everything I needed to watch out for and helped me find a lender who had done the same.
Justin came highly recommended through a mutual friend and I decided to give him a call, really glad I did. Buying a house is a tough process, especially when coupled with selling simultaneously. Do yourself a favor and call Justin. With an idea in mind of what we wanted Justin worked tirelessly (saw over 20 properties!) to find us our dream home. He was patient and guiding and saved us from ourselves once or twice. He works hard behind the scenes to make the whole process smooth and is in constant contact with you. If you give Justin a chance, you'll never use another Realtor again.
Couldn't recommend this realtor any higher. If I could I would! Extremely knowledgeable, well dressed, very personable and very responsive (any time, any day). His initial video presentation was hi tech and professional. Most telling, this video received rave reviews from not only our eventual buyers (disclosed to us) but also their realtor! When negotiations began, we could tell Justin was covering our backs and was very skilled. Justin exudes confidence, courtesy and in control. He made the whole "ordeal" very doable, simplified with no surprises. His insight to the various stages was most helpful and welcomed. I just wish we could have had him to buy our new home in Colorado!

We began our search for the perfect home with a realtor that made us feel rushed, insisted we stretch beyond our means, and tried pressuring us into settling within the first handful of homes we saw. Having no experience buying a home, we trudged along thinking that was as good as it gets.

I can't recommend Justin enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We were on a limited time crunch to sell our house and I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen until I met with Justin. He gave us great advice to prep the home to hit the market. The photography of the home was amazing. Due to his marketing, we had showings set up instantly and offers within 24 hours. We set a neighborhood record for the sale and it exceeded what we had been hoping for. Along the way, we had tons of questions that Justin and his team answered right away.
