Before, During & After the Transaction

Trust. Honesty. Communication. These are just a few of the traits people should be looking for when hiring a PROFESSIONAL to represent their best interest on the purchase or sale of real property.

In today’s business world, not everyone has the same intentions. There are some whom run more of what I like to call a “turn & burn” model where they’re constantly chasing new leads and the conversion rates are much lower. The customer service is often lacking so they don’t build lifelong relationships that will foster enough confidence for long-term referrals.

We are very different… we value the relationships that are built before, during and after the transaction. The foundation for our business is repeat clients and referrals. We pride ourselves on providing great customer services and exceeding expectations so there will be no question whom to call in the future.

There is no guessing whom to call and we don’t pass our clients off to the next person. We (Justin & Fred) are whom you work with solely… we handle the negotiations, we direct the marketing, we address the issues behind the scenes, coordinate logistics, etc. We also do not disappear. Multiple client appreciation events are held annually to show we care about our clients, even after we’ve been paid for our services. Consistent communications via e-mail, social media, regular mail, video and more keep our sphere informed about the market. It’s what we live every single day in one manner or another.

With all the “trendy” Real Estate Tech start-ups hitting the scene, it’s more important than ever to have a Trusted Advisor that you can rely on to guide you in the right direction, promoting your best interests, not their own. That’s what we strive for.

This all really hit home when a new client testimonial published on Zillow last week:
