Located in North Peoria, Vistancia is a master planned community, which contains several phases or sections. Building began back in 2003 in the Trilogy section. This was before the housing market went real crazy here in the Metro Phoenix area. Then the construction exploded in 2004-2006. However, not long after, many streets were filled with vacant homes, abandoned by their former owners, and also infill lots ready for new homes to go in. The market has turned around though and new building is thriving once again.

Finally The Village is where everyone else finds their way home. Here you can find something for the whole family. Additionally, you’ll find a six-lane lap pool, children’s playground and picnic ramada in the Foothills Center. The Discovery Trail offers opportunities for hiking, biking, walking & running, stargazing and even a picnic along the way.
